PMKVY 4.0 emphasizes industry-oriented short-term skilling with integrated On-the-Job Training, an Ease of Doing Business compliance reduction, and 400+ new courses in emerging technologies. PM-NAPS supports apprenticeships with central stipend support through Direct Benefit Transfer and inclusive age-based eligibility. JSS provides community-centric, low-cost, flexible vocational training for disadvantaged and rural groups.
