This partnership will address regional challenges and align with state priorities, involving stakeholders to achieve the Biotechnology for Economy, Environment, and Employment (BioE3) Policy objectives. A Centre-State Conclave will discuss creating state-centric BioE3 Cells. India's bioeconomy has grown significantly, and the policy focuses on six thematic sectors, supported by Bio-AI Hubs, Biofoundries, and Biomanufacturing Hubs. This initiative seeks to drive innovation, skill development, and sustainable growth, with a proposed implementation strategy involving state-specific plans and committees.
