<h1>Teacher Faces Corruption Charges for Owning Assets Far Exceeding Income; EOW Seizes Properties, Vehicles, and Gold</h1> A government primary school teacher in Shivpuri district, Madhya Pradesh, was discovered to own assets worth Rs 8.36 crore, significantly exceeding his known income sources. The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Gwalior police conducted a raid at his residence, uncovering 52 plots, shops, houses, vehicles, gold, silver, and agricultural equipment. Despite earning a total salary of Rs 38.04 lakh, the teacher and his family amassed substantial wealth. During the raid, 12 bank passbooks and numerous land documents were seized for further investigation. A case has been filed against him under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
