Primary articles saw a 4.7% rise, driven by higher food and non-food article prices. Fuel and power prices increased by 1.8%, while manufactured products rose by 1.0%. Notable price hikes occurred in food articles like fruits and vegetables, and non-food items such as gaur seed and soyabean. The index for minerals also rose significantly, primarily due to crude petroleum and copper ore price increases.
