In a meeting, it was agreed that all claims received by March 10 will be settled by March 31, with a budget allocation of Rs 2,500 crore for the next year. Rs 195 crore has already been paid for recent claims. A specialized team will handle claims related to medicine and pediatrics, and suspicious cases will be monitored using Artificial Intelligence. Hospitals will be informed of any claim reductions, and doctors will be retrained to ensure timely payments.
