The Budget also proposes a renewed Fund of Funds with expanded scope to catalyse deep tech startups, establishes a Centre of Excellence in AI for education, and increases credit guarantee cover with moderated fees to improve startup access to finance, leveraging Alternate Investment Funds to mobilise capital and foster an innovation ecosystem.
