Additionally, a manufacturing mission will be established for SMEs and large industries, with measures to boost productivity in labor-intensive sectors. The credit guarantee cover will increase to Rs 20 crore, with a reduced guarantee fee of 1 percent. A national institute for food technology, entrepreneurship, and management will also be set up in Bihar.
