Addressing Parliament, she highlighted the government's success in reducing Left-wing Extremism-affected districts from 126 to 38. Murmu also discussed the Vibrant Villages Programme, aimed at developing villages along the northern border, with a financial outlay of Rs 4,800 crore from 2022-23 to 2025-26, targeting 46 blocks in 19 districts.
