Launched in 2019, the fund invested INR 1,790 crore across 15 sectors, focusing on senior secured operating company exposures. Exits were achieved through operational cash flows, equity raises, and refinancing. The fund maintained high credit quality, delivering mid-teen returns. Following this success, Modulus is raising commitments for its second fund, India Credit Opportunities Fund II, targeting sectors like healthcare and clean energy. Modulus is part of Centrum Group and led by experienced financial professionals.
