This initiative aims to enhance international travel by providing seamless and secure immigration facilities. Initially launched at Indira Gandhi International Airport, the program is now expanding to 21 airports in its first phase. It is free for Indian citizens and OCI cardholders, requiring online registration and biometric data capture. Registered travellers can use e-gates for expedited immigration clearance by scanning their boarding pass and passport.
