<h1>International cooperation MoUs to expand TVET and introduce semiconductor skilling, enabling multi-year skills partnerships in Odisha.</h1> Two MoUs will formalise cooperation to develop Odisha's skills ecosystem: one on Technical and Vocational Education and Training to strengthen skill development capacity, and the other introducing semiconductor-related skilling into the TVET landscape. Both MoUs commence on signing and run for a specified multi-year term, creating the temporal framework for implementation, institutional collaboration, capacity-building initiatives and programme delivery.
