<h1>Bihar's Rural Roads to Be Pothole-Free by June; 1,000 New Bridges to Boost Connectivity.</h1> Rural roads in Bihar are set to be pothole-free by June, as announced by the state's Rural Works Department (RWD) minister. The government is enhancing rural connectivity through multiple development schemes, ensuring all-weather access to previously unconnected areas. Under the Mukhyamantri Gram Sampark Yojana, 59,885 km of roads have been constructed, and maintenance of 46,902 km is complete. Additionally, 1,000 new small bridges will be built under the Mukhyamantri Gramin Setu Nirman Yojna to improve rural infrastructure, with 600 bridges expected by March and the rest in the following financial year.
