Both sides agreed to promote use of the Chabahar port to support trade, commercial activity and humanitarian shipments. India reiterated that Afghan soil must not be used for attacks on other states and expressed concern about Pakistan based terrorist elements, while maintaining non recognition of the current Afghan administration.
