<h1>Sterlite Grid 32 raises Rs 2,450 crore via AA+ rated NCDs for Mumbai Urja Marg project refinancing.</h1> Sterlite Grid 32 Ltd (SGL32) has raised Rs 2,450 crore through listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to refinance its Mumbai Urja Marg Ltd (MUML) project. The NCDs, rated AA+ stable by CRISIL, were successfully bid on by the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) and India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) and are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. This marks SGL32's first listed NCD issuance after its joint venture with GIC of Singapore. The MUML project, crucial for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, aims to enhance power transmission capacity and integrate renewable energy into the national grid.
