of <h1>New GST Invoice Management System Launches for Accurate Input Tax Credit Claims Starting October 14, 2024.</h1> The Invoice Management System (IMS) for Goods and Services Tax (GST) is now available to taxpayers as of October 14, 2024. This system aids taxpayers in aligning their records with supplier-issued invoices to accurately claim Input Tax Credit (ITC). Taxpayers can act on invoices shown in IMS starting October 14, 2024. The first GSTR-2B for October 2024 will be generated on November 14, 2024, based on actions taken in IMS. However, using the IMS dashboard for GSTR-2B generation is not compulsory.
