<h1>India Engages in IPEF Meetings to Boost Supply Chain Resilience; Focus on Semiconductors, Minerals, Chemicals.</h1> India participated in the first in-person meetings of the Indo-Pacific Economic Forum's (IPEF) Supply Chain Council and Crisis Response Network in Washington, D.C. on September 12-13, 2024. The meetings focused on enhancing supply chain resilience, establishing three Action Plan Teams for semiconductors, critical minerals, and chemicals, and forming sub-committees on logistics and data analytics. The Crisis Response Network conducted an emergency simulation to address supply chain disruptions. Partner countries, including India, committed to collaborative efforts to strengthen supply chains. The Supply Chain Resilience Agreement, effective from February 2024, aims to promote economic growth and stability in the region.
