The agreement, signed in November 2023 and ratified in February 2024, established three bodies: the Supply Chain Council, Crisis Response Network, and Labor Rights Advisory Board. These bodies aim to fortify supply chains critical to national security and economic well-being. India emphasizes skill development and collaboration to ensure a robust supply chain network, with an in-person meeting planned for September 2024 in Washington, D.C.
