This involves an inter-se arrangement among family branches, namely the families of Adi Godrej, Nadir Godrej, Jamshyd Godrej, and Smita Crishna, as per a Family Settlement Agreement dated April 30, 2024. The realignment affects entities within the GILAC Group, including Godrej Industries, Godrej Consumer Products, and others, as well as the G B Group, which includes Godrej Boyce Manufacturing and Godrej Infotech.
