This acquisition will be funded by investments from AMG Entities, BSI, Gentari, and Platinum Rock. AMG Entities are newly formed and not yet operational. BSI is part of a Singapore-based investment group, Gentari focuses on clean energy under PETRONAS, and Platinum Rock invests globally in infrastructure. NFCL specializes in urea and micro-irrigation, with facilities in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Gujarat. ZeroC currently does not generate revenue in India. The acquisition involves an asset sale and shareholding purchase.
