Corporate Income Tax collections grew by 12.48%, while Personal Income Tax collections increased by 31.77%. Refunds totaling Rs. 1.77 lakh crore have been issued. These collections represent 58.15% of the total Budget Estimates for Direct Taxes for the fiscal year. The figures indicate a steady growth in tax revenue compared to the previous year.
