Extensive outreach efforts, including emails, SMSs, social media, and portal messages, were conducted to raise awareness among taxpayers about timely filings. The e-filing portal efficiently managed the submissions, and the Helpdesk addressed around 2.36 lakh queries, providing support via calls, chats, and social media. The Department acknowledged the cooperation of tax professionals and taxpayers in meeting compliance requirements.
