This initiative, launched in April 2023, aims to support MSMEs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic by increasing bank credit flow and freeing up guarantees. The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas provided the highest relief at Rs. 116.47 crore. Other significant contributions came from the Ministries of Railways, Defence, Steel, and Power. The scheme offers refunds on deducted securities and aids MSMEs barred for contract execution defaults.
