The scheme, covering 10.7 crore poor families, aims to reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses by providing Rs. 5 lakh per family annually for hospital care. Additionally, 1,54,070 Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs) have been operationalized, offering comprehensive primary healthcare. The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission has created over 31 crore health accounts, enhancing digital healthcare access and affordability.
