These taxpayers also did not report any issues on the GST Grievance Portal and some indicated they did not intend to file. Consequently, they are unable to file their GSTR-3B. The GSTN advises these taxpayers to raise a ticket on the GST Grievance Portal to reset their TRAN filing status, allowing them to proceed with filing their GSTR-3B.
