<h1>APEDA Hosts Workshop in Aizawl to Boost Organic Exports from Mizoram; Hatkora Citrus Shipped to London and Bangladesh.</h1> A Workshop-cum-Buyer Seller Meet (BSM) was held in Aizawl to promote organic agricultural products from Mizoram and the North Eastern Region (NER) of India. Organized by the Agricultural and Processed Food Export Development Authority (APEDA), the event aimed to boost exports and provide market linkages for local farmers. Following the meet, a consignment of Hatkora citrus from Mizoram was exported to London, with another shipment planned for Bangladesh. The NER has seen an 85.34% growth in agricultural exports over six years, with major destinations including Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Middle East, the UK, and Europe.
