<h1>DEA Hosts Training to Boost Infrastructure Project Management Skills for Senior Officials with ISB & IIM Collaboration.</h1> The Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission, organized training programs to enhance infrastructure project management skills among senior officials. Partnering with the Indian School of Business, Mohali, and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, the DEA held two five-day sessions in July. The programs focused on project management, leadership, risk management, and contract management, attended by 69 senior officials from various government ministries and public sector enterprises. These initiatives are part of the Capacity Enhancement Plan aimed at improving infrastructure execution across India.
