The program, held from July 11 to 13, 2022, included sessions on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, covering topics such as Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, liquidation, and individual insolvency. Trainees were introduced to the IBC ecosystem, including roles of various authorities and professionals. The training also addressed grievance redressal, regulation drafting, and emerging insolvency jurisprudence. The event concluded with a valedictory session led by senior IBBI officials.
