of <h1>CBDT extends Form 10AB filing deadline for Sections 10(23C), 12A, 80G registration to September 30, 2022.</h1> The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the deadline for filing Form No.10AB for registration or approval under Sections 10(23C), 12A, or 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Due to difficulties in electronic filing as per the Income-tax Rules, 1962, the deadline has been moved from 29th September 2022 to 30th September 2022. This extension is detailed in CBDT's Circular No.08/2022.
