This collaboration aims to enhance women's economic participation through the WINcubate Training Programme, which equips AIM Incubators and Innovation Centres with gender-focused strategies. Developed with the Indian NGO Dhriiti, the program offers tools and methods for integrating gender-sensitive approaches into incubation processes. The initiative seeks to create a level playing field by addressing the unique challenges women entrepreneurs face, promoting enterprise creation and growth.
