Key initiatives include sustainable technology promotion, modernization of leather units, establishment of international testing centers, and development of design studios. The program also focuses on brand promotion and cluster development. From 2017-2020, the program trained over 324,000 individuals, significantly contributing to employment and aligning with national development goals like poverty reduction and gender equality.
