The government continues to review and reform FDI policies to maintain an investor-friendly environment, with recent changes affecting sectors like Coal Mining, Digital Media, and Telecom. The sector-wise FDI equity inflows from April to November 2021 highlight significant investments in Computer Software and Hardware (USD 9,063.56 million), the Automobile Industry (USD 5,849.63 million), and the Services Sector (USD 4,948.00 million). The total FDI equity inflows during this period amounted to USD 39,262.69 million.
