Various customs zones conducted outreach programs, virtual sessions, and competitions to promote awareness and gather stakeholder feedback. Celebrations included inaugurating modern facilities and distributing informational materials. A formal event was held, where CBIC officers were urged to improve service delivery and digital proficiency. Nineteen CBIC officers and one private sector individual received the WCO Certificate of Merit.
