The Finance Minister commended CBIC's efforts in maintaining supply chain security during the pandemic and encouraged further digital advancements. Various customs zones conducted outreach programs, virtual sessions, and competitions to promote awareness and gather stakeholder feedback. Celebrations included inaugurating modern facilities and distributing informational materials. A formal event was held, where CBIC officers were urged to improve service delivery and digital proficiency. Nineteen CBIC officers and one private sector individual received the WCO Certificate of Merit.
