<h1>Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana: Over 22 Crore Accounts, Rs. 12.35 Lakh Crore Loans, 1.12 Crore Jobs Created 2015-2018.</h1> Over the past four years, more than 22 crore accounts under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) have availed loans totaling Rs. 12.35 lakh crore. The scheme targets individuals with business plans for non-farm income-generating activities, offering loans up to Rs. 10 lakh. A government survey indicated that PMMY facilitated the creation of 1.12 crore additional jobs between 2015 and 2018, with the Shishu category accounting for the majority of these jobs. As of November 2021, PMMY loans were distributed across various demographics, including SC, ST, minorities, and women entrepreneurs, with a total of 32.11 crore accounts.
