<h1>India's Startups Create Over 598K Jobs in 3 Years with Govt Funds and Regulatory Support.</h1> Startups in the country have generated 598,324 jobs over the past three years, with a notable increase each year. The Government of India, through the Startup India initiative, has launched the Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS) and the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) to boost private investment in startups via Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and incubators. FFS has a corpus of Rs. 10,000 crore, while SISFS has Rs. 945 crore for four years. Regulatory changes have been made to ease business operations, including relaxed tender participation requirements and the launch of GeM Startup Runway, facilitating startups' engagement with government procurement.
