No cash management bills were raised, and the Reserve Bank conducted several open market operations. Total government liabilities increased by 4.04% to Rs. 120,91,193 crore. Public debt comprised 91.60% of total liabilities, with commercial banks and insurance companies holding significant shares. Government securities yields rose due to increased supply, but were supported by stable policy rates.
