of <h1>CCI Reviews Confidentiality Regime Under Regulation 35; Seeks Public Input on Proposed Changes by May 12, 2021.</h1> The Competition Commission of India (CCI) is reviewing the current Confidentiality Regime under Regulation 35 of the Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009, due to challenges faced in its enforcement. A draft proposal for establishing a Confidentiality Ring and a revised version of Regulation 35 has been published on the CCI website for public consultation. The CCI is inviting public comments on these proposals, which can be submitted via email by May 12, 2021.
