This platform integrates 10 services across multiple government departments, including name reservation, incorporation, and mandatory registrations like PAN, TAN, and GSTIN. It reduces the number of procedures from 10 to 3 and the processing time from 18 to 4 days. Additionally, a zero-fee policy is applied for companies with an authorized capital up to Rs. 15 lakh or up to 20 members without share capital. The initiative aims to save time and costs for new businesses.
