OFFICE ORDER
The Hon'ble President directs the following.
1. There will be no sitting of Benches of the Tribunal including Regional Benches from 4 August 2020 to 14 August 2020 due to the serious situation caused by COVID 19. However, urgent stay applications will be heard through video conferencing as per Public Notice No. 1 of 2020.
2. The last date of pronouncement of order reserved cases and release of detailed orders is extended by two more weeks i.e. up to 19 August 2020 and the same may be done after obtaining prior permission from the Hon'ble President.
3. The instructions contained in the DOPT Office Memorandums F. No.11013/9/20114-Estt. (A-III) dated 18 May 2020 will be followed with respect to the attendance of all employees including officers, personal staff of Members and outsourced staff.
