During an online review meeting, he highlighted NPC's expertise in consultancy and capacity building across various domains and encouraged collaboration with industries, SMEs, and government sectors. The Minister emphasized leveraging NPC's success in Lean Manufacturing for MSMEs and expanding environmental studies on plastic litter. He set a revenue target of Rs. 300 crores by 2024 through service expansion. Additionally, he suggested NPC replicate successful models like the Delhi Police Automated Transfer Posting System for other government organizations, including Indian Railways.
