The discussions covered issues such as Border Haats, a joint study for a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, the India-Bangladesh CEOs Forum, trade data sharing, regional connectivity, standards harmonization, and border trading infrastructure upgrades. The meeting followed the 12th Joint Working Group session on January 13-14, which involved detailed technical discussions on trade and commerce. Both countries agreed to hold the next Commerce Secretaries and Joint Working Group meetings in Bangladesh at mutually convenient dates.
