Companies can also register to find suitable candidates for director appointments. Managed by the Indian Institute for Corporate Affairs, the databank requires existing Independent Directors to register by March 2020 and pass a proficiency test within a year. The initiative aims to build a comprehensive repository and improve director capabilities.
