The auction, conducted by the Reserve Bank of India in Mumbai on August 9, 2019, allows for additional subscriptions up to Rs. 1,000 crore for any of the securities. Both competitive and non-competitive bids are to be submitted electronically via the RBI's E-Kuber system. Results will be announced on the same day, with payments due by August 13, 2019.
