Government has developed the following Industrial Clusters under Industrial Infrastructure Up-gradation Scheme (IIUS)/ Modified IIUS (MIIUS) in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana:

Auto Components Clusters, Vijaywada

Up-gradation of Hindupur Growth Centre & IP Gollapuram, Anantpur

Up-gradation of Industrial Growth Centre, Bobbili, Vizianagaram

Pharma Cluster, Hyderabad

Pashamylaram Industrial Area, Medak

There is no project under IIUS/MIIUS scheme in Kakinada and East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh.

As per the information provided by NASSCOM, they have set up the Startup warehouse under its 10,000 Startups initiative in Vishakhapatnam in an agreement with the Andhra Pradesh Government in 2016 and since then have incubated 33 startups both physically and virtually combined helping them with initial mentoring, hand-holding technical sessions, investor connect and mentor connects. Startups has also got chance to exhibit at various NASSCOM events for market access.

This information was given by the Minister of State in the Commerce and Industry, Som Parkash, in a written reply in the Lok Sabha today.
