Auctions will use the multiple price method and be conducted electronically on the RBI E-Kuber system. Both competitive and Non-Competitive Bidding facilities are available, with up to five percent of each notified amount reserved for eligible individuals and institutions. The stocks are eligible for When Issued trading under RBI guidelines.
