Workers aged 29 and 18 will contribute Rs. 100 and Rs. 55 monthly, respectively, with the government matching these contributions. The initiative is expected to benefit 10 crore workers over five years, with an initial allocation of Rs. 500 crore. The scheme complements existing health and life insurance programs and will be implemented within the current year.
