<h1>NITI Aayog to Release Second Delta Ranking for Aspirational Districts, Evaluating Progress in Key Development Areas.</h1> NITI Aayog will release the Second Delta Ranking of the Aspirational Districts Programme, assessing progress from June 1 to October 31, 2018. The ranking evaluates districts on Health Nutrition, Education, Agriculture Water Resources, Financial Inclusion Skill Development, and Basic Infrastructure using key performance indicators. Data is sourced from the Champions of Change Dashboard and includes household survey inputs from TATA Trusts and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Launched on January 5, 2018, the programme aims to transform underdeveloped districts, ensuring balanced regional development. The first ranking was released in June 2018, based on data from April and May 2018.
