The event aims to boost domestic manufacturing capabilities and transform India into a global manufacturing hub. The National Steel Policy targets increasing steel capacity to 300 million tonnes by 2030-31, requiring significant investment. The Conclave will feature discussions on global experience and domestic capacity, involving industry leaders and policymakers. Twenty MoUs will be signed to manufacture $5 billion worth of capital goods domestically, involving international partners from multiple countries.
