<h1>RBI Adjusts US Dollar Reference Rate to Rs. 66.6093; Impacts Euro, Pound, Yen Exchange Rates on May 3, 2018.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US Dollar at Rs. 66.6093 on May 3, 2018, slightly down from Rs. 66.6636 on May 2, 2018. Consequently, the exchange rates for other major currencies against the Rupee were adjusted: the Euro was at Rs. 79.8579, the British Pound at Rs. 90.6020, and 100 Japanese Yen at Rs. 60.79 on May 3, 2018. These rates are determined based on the US Dollar reference rate and cross-currency quotes. The Special Drawing Rights (SDR) to Rupee rate will also be based on this reference rate.
