        Rule-based global governance urged as BRICS prioritizes trade reform, clean energy, nuclear safety and security cooperation. BRICS commits to cooperative policies promoting rule-based global governance and reforms of political, security, financial and trade institutions; endorses a balanced Doha outcome and a fair multilateral trade regime; and prioritises operational cooperation on clean energy, nuclear safety, disaster relief, capacity building, and responses to non-traditional security threats to support inclusive socio-economic transformation.
