        Outcome review of schemes required for appraisal; interim extension granted to permit continuation proposals. All Ministries and Departments must undertake an outcome review of ongoing schemes at the end of the 12th Five Year Plan and submit schemes proposed for continuation for appraisal by the Department of Expenditure; an administrative interim extension of six months has been granted for schemes intended for continuation to allow completion of review and appraisal.
